who is she: the ultimate hype gal. she thrives off of energy + loves a good sweat sesh. be prepared to kick things up a notch + sweat it out.

what is she: one hour of low-impact, full body mvmt with cardio infused sequencing to bump up your heart rate and yes... sculpt your muscles. be prepared to sweat + incorporate sequenced movements with the help of light hand weights + increase your overall stamina (helllloooo spicy mat Pilates + cardio). all levels welcome..

who is she: inspired by weight + resistance training for a total body workout that defines all major muscle groups. think: heavy weights + heavy resistance. LFG.

what is she: one hour of increased weight + resistance training blended with mindfulness and intention setting. this offering has two options: lower body + upper body. each one hour class is dedicated to either of the options listed. hype up your workout routine and mix this gal in a few times a week. all levels welcome.

who is she: the chill gal. she’s one hour of slow, connected movements that harmonized with the breath and aid in overall flexibility and alignment. mix this class offering in as often as possible or as your stand alone practice.

what is she: our take on vinyasa styled flow with deep connections with the mind and body. you’re welcome to use one of our mats or bring yours along with you! no yoga experience needed - all levels welcomed.

who is she: the remix - our specialty mvmt offerings have a large selection ranging from sound healing ceremonies, cannabis sponsored mvmt, workshops (think 60-90 focused mvmt), mindset training, guided meditation and more!
